AkoElements is a compilation of four separate templates, which are called AkoElementsAir, AkoElementsEarth, AkoElementsFire and AkoElementsWater. They are all colored, fixed width template for Mambo 4.5.x and Joomla! 1.0. The design ist very clean and professional and was made for modern company and organisation websites. The template can be seen by all users with screen resolutions of 800x600 or larger.
AkoElements comes with some unique features like the possibility to easily load an image or a flash movie into a certain page of your website. We also added some extras for your easy start with the design. Read on to experience all features in detail.
Modulepostions
AkoElements supports 5 module positions of Mambo/Joomla!, which includes top, left, bottom, user1 and user2. Except for the left position all positions are fully integrated and will completely disappear, if no modules are assigned to them.
Included in your purchase is a 12 pages big PDF documentation with detailed instructions and an overview over all module postions. You will also find detailed descriptions for all the features of the template and a list of frequently asked questions in the manual.
Feature 1 - Changing header images and flash headers
AkoElements comes with a feature similar to Mambo's templates assign function. Every single page in your Mambo/Joomla! installation can have it's own header image or flash movie!
The template lets you assign a header images or a flash movie to a certain Itemid by just renaming the image properly. It checks if a separate header image for the actual Itemid exists and loads it. Otherwise a default, blank header image is loaded.
To allow you to instantly use this feature, we included 60 ready-to-run flash movies and 150 blank, colored foto headers. Of course we also give you the PSD and SwishMax source files, which we use to create the headers.
Feature 2 - Editable text in Flash movies
All of the 60 flash movies, which are shipped with the template, can display a company name and slogan. This two lines of text are easily editable, even if you don't have Flash or SwishMax. Your company name and slogan is loaded from a single text file, which easily can be edited with a text editor like notepad.
After simply editing the text file AkoElements will instantly display your company name and slogan in all flash movies on the website. And if you don't want to use this feature, just delete the text file and all flash movies will display the effects only.
Feature 3 - Easy Customization Pack
Nobody wants to see his website a second time somewhere else. But custom made template do cost hundreds of Euros or US Dollars. AkoElements gives you the chance to get a unique look fast, while you pay only a small amount of money. You do not get one template, you get four!
You do get 150 ready to run header images and 60 ready to run flash headers. And of course all source files are included. Customize them fast with 100 high quality photo icons, which we ship with AkoElements. So just load a SwishMax source, add a new background image, add a new photo icon and you have created one out of more than 200,000 possible combinations.
Feature 4 - Firefox Live Bookmark support
AkoElements does support the latest browser techniques. The template has been tested with Internet Explorer, Opera and Firefox. We have also added support for the new Live Bookmark function, which is available in Firefox. Just one click and your users are subscribed to your website's news.
