AkoBrightPortal is a bright, fixed width template for Mambo 4.5 and 4.5.1. It can be used for web portals, company or organization websites. The template loads very fast as it only uses one larger and three smaller images.
It comes with some really cool unique features, which allow you to easily change the colors and images of the template for certain pages of your website. Read on to experience all features in detail.
Modulepositions
Of course AkoBrightPortal supports 6 module positions of Mambo, which includes top, bottom, left, right, user1 and user2. All positions are fully integrated and will completely disappear, if no modules are assigned to them.
Included in your purchase is a small PDF documentation with detailed instructions and an overview over all module postions.
Feature 1 - Changing header images
AkoBrightPortal comes with a feature similar to Mambo 4.5.1 templates assign function. Every single page in your Mambo installation can have it's own header image without installing a templace twice!
The template lets you assign header images to a certain Itemid by just renaming the image properly. AkoBrightPortal checks if a separate header image for the actual Itemid exists and loads it. Otherwise it loads a standard image.
With your purchase you do get 100 amazing ready-to-run header images for instant use. And we also inlcude the original PSD (Photoshop) header file, for easy customization of your own headers.
Feature 2 - Changing Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
Similar to the above header image changes, AkoBrightPortal can switch complete CSS sets depending on the actual Itemid. This way you can change colors, font's, or backgrounds for example.
To make your start with AkoBrightPortal as easy as possible, we made 5 different CSS color sets already and ship with the whole package. Just copy and rename them to the correct Itemid and you are done.
Feature 3 - Fully integrated AkoSplitMenu
AkoBrightPortal uses the most powerfull menu system's available for Mambo 4.5 and 4.5.1, AkoSplitMenu, which was especially coded for this template and isn't available anywhere else.
AkoSplitMenu is fully integrated into the template, can be totally customized through CSS and always highlights the complete menu path.
Feature 4 - Flash header support NEW!
To make AkoBrightPortal even more powerfull, we no added support for Flash headers. This gives you the possibility to use exciting animations on your website. The Flashs are fully integrated into the switching engine. You can easily display different flashs on certain pages.
And of course we already created some flash headers for you. You can instantly start using flash headers on your website due to the 25 ready-to-run flash headers, which are shipped with the template.
